New Mailboxes are Sprouting around Belmont

Many have noticed a new look in the Community’s mailbox posts. The post, pictured here, is the newly approved post selected by the Home Owners’ Association Covenants Committee as the standard. The post is a sleeve that can slip over your current mail box post. (The mail box itself can be bought separately.) The post is a vinyl so that it will not deteriorate due to weather or the string used in weed whackers (as shown below).

The cost of the new post about $130.00 and can be purchased through Toll Landscaping, who is merely storing the post and passing along the reduced cost of the post negotiated by the Committee on a bulk buy. Toll Landscaping will also install the post for an additional nominal fee. That installation will include aligning the post to the vertical and setting it in cement. Notice on the picture, Toll will also provide a square mulch area, giving a few inches around the base of the post to ensure no risk of damage from lawn equipment.
