Guests this Summer?

Suitcase Do you have guests coming this summer?  The following is detailed information on the Security Gates, Parking Permits and Pool Passes. 

Visitors and Gates

JustFrontGate The Front Gate is staffed 24/7.   You must report all visitors to the Front Gate, otherwise they will not be let in.   You can send visitor information on-line by clicking To-Do->Report Visitor.

Is your guest coming for an extended stay?  You can add them to your Permanent Visitor List.  The people on this list will be allowed through the gate at all times.  You can manage this list on-line in the following ways:

The West Gate (near Belmont Ridge) and the South Gate (near Newton-Lee Elementary) are unmanned gates. These gates have a dial pad that visitors can use to call the home they are trying to visit.  If the resident is home and wishes to allow access they simply press "9" on their phones and the gate will open.  Click here to place your name on the keypad.

Parking

The parking policies are also the website at HOA Office->Park and Bark Policies.   You can request parking permits from the HOA Office by clicking To Do->Request Parking Permit.

Pool Passes

Pool You can purchase Guest Passes for the pool.

Adult Guest Passes (16 or older)

  • One day Adult: $8
  • Three day Adult: $15
  • Seven day Adult: $30
  • One month Adult: $60
  • Adult season: $100

Junior Guest Passes (6-15 years of age)

  • One day Junior: $5
  • Three day Junior: $10
  • Seven day Junior: $20
  • One month Junior: $40
  • Junior season: $80

All multi-day passes must be used during consecutive days.
