Ashburn Volunteer Fire Rescue Grand Opening & Ice Cream Social

In August 2009, the Ashburn Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department and Loudoun County began running emergency calls from the new Lansdowne Public Safety Center, a.k.a. Station 22, in Lansdowne on Sandridge Way near the intersection of Claiborne Pkwy and Riverside Pkwy.    Map

After spending the last few months finalizing the construction details, we're excited to invite you in to see our new station on Saturday, April 10th from 10 am to 2 pm.

On this spring day, we'll have:
  • Guided station tours of our state-of-the-art facility
  • "Ask the Fire Chief" sessions
  • Fire and rescue equipment on display
  • Fire safety obstacle course for kids
  • Special appearance by Terry the Traumasaurus
  • Refreshments
Parking: Riverside Office Park - directly in front of Station 22 on Sandridge Way

Hope to see you there!
